レンタルキャンピングカーHINASEでは、下記の条件をすべて満たしている方への貸出可能とさせて頂いております。ご理解のほどよろしくお願いします。

1.「日本で発行された免許証」をお持ちの方

「国際運転免許証」のみの場合はレンタカーの貸し出しは出来ません。

2.日本語での受付対応が可能な方

当店には外国語対応が出来るスタッフが不在です。詳細な説明や万が一の事故の際などにきちんと対応できない事で、お客様にも迷惑をお掛けしてしまうため、翻訳アプリ等での対応はいたしておりません。

3.運転される方は免許取得から1年以上、25歳～74歳までの方

当社で貸出するレンタカーは、安全上の理由から初心者（免許取得より1年以内）、25歳未満の方、75歳以上の方の運転はご遠慮いただいております。

4.電話連絡が出来る携帯電話をお持ちの方

万が一の事故や不具合の場合に連絡が取れることを条件としております。貸出期間中は日本から電話をかけて、日本語でお話ができる携帯電話をお持ちの方とさせていただきます。

To all visitors from overseas

We, rental camping car Hinase allow people to rent a car only if you meet the conditions below;

1. Having a drivers license ISSUED IN JAPAN. (international drivers license not acceptable)

2. Being able to communicate in Japanese.

We don’t have English-speaking staff. Translation app is not acceptable neither.
This is to avoid a trouble when an accident happens or we need to explain in detail.

3. More than a year since you got your drivers license, also you are from age 25 to age 74.

For safety reasons, we kindly ask you to refrain from driving our car if it is less than a year since you got the license, or if you are under 25 or over 75.

4. Having a phone which is available to talk.

We require our customers to be able to contact in case of an accident or any kind of emergency / trouble.
Please make sure your phone is able to make a phone call in Japan, and you are able to communicate in Japanese.
